These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the winbb platform. By registering or playing, you confirm you have read and accepted them in full.
Effective for all winbb players · 21+ Only · BangladeshThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winbb ("winbb", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the winbb website located at winbb.club and all related services, features, content and functionality offered therein. By accessing the winbb platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any service offered by winbb, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the winbb platform.
winbb reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform prior to taking effect. Your continued use of winbb following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version is always published at winbb.club/terms-conditions.
1. Eligibility and Age Restriction
⚠️ You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use winbb. This is a strict requirement. winbb does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of the jurisdiction in which they are located.
By registering on winbb, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities. winbb reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle. If winbb determines that a player is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any funds in the account handled in accordance with these Terms. winbb also reserves the right to decline registration to any applicant without giving a reason.
2. Account Registration and Verification
To use winbb, you must create a single personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a secure password and your date of birth. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold only one winbb account. Opening multiple accounts — whether on the same device, mobile number or identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. winbb will never ask for your password by SMS, email or chat. You must notify winbb support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. winbb is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
KYC Verification
winbb may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory requirements. Verification may include submission of a government-issued photo ID or proof of mobile number ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by winbb may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on winbb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). winbb supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. winbb does not charge fees on BDT deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are not within winbb's control.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are credited to your winbb account in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. winbb reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources.
Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed within five business minutes under normal operating conditions; during peak periods or scheduled maintenance, processing may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. winbb reserves the right to verify the identity of the requesting player before releasing any withdrawal.
Currency and Conversion
winbb operates exclusively in BDT. All account balances, bonuses, bets and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. winbb does not perform any currency conversion and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any payment provider conversion that occurs outside the winbb platform is the sole responsibility of the player.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
winbb offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply.
Welcome Bonus
New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for winbb's welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically. To be eligible, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying amount specified in the current welcome bonus promotion. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and is not available to players who already hold or have held a winbb account.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to your winbb account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Failure to meet the requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Bonus Validity and Expiry
Each bonus carries a validity period, commencing from the date of credit to the player's account. Once the validity period expires, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are automatically removed from the account. winbb does not extend bonus validity periods. Players are responsible for tracking the validity of their own bonuses. Bonus expiry information is available in the player's account dashboard at any time.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
winbb is operated in good faith for the genuine entertainment of eligible players. Any conduct that seeks to circumvent the intended operation of the platform, exploit system vulnerabilities or abuse promotional structures is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are expressly prohibited on winbb: opening or operating multiple accounts; using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform; exploiting software errors or glitches for financial gain; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods; engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity; and providing false information at any stage of the account lifecycle. winbb reserves the right to investigate any account activity it considers suspicious and to take appropriate action, including immediate account closure.
Consequences of Breach
Where winbb identifies a breach of these Terms, winbb may take any one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion: suspend or terminate the player's account; void any bets or winnings arising from the prohibited conduct; withhold and forfeit any funds in the account; report the player's activity to relevant authorities where required by law. winbb's decision in such matters is final and binding.
6. Game Rules and Dispute Resolution
Each game available on winbb is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game result and the result recorded on winbb's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative. winbb's games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that all outcomes are independently random and not influenced by winbb or any third party.
If you believe an error has occurred in relation to a game or bet, you must contact winbb customer support via live chat within 72 hours of the disputed event. winbb will investigate the complaint and issue a formal response within ten business days. All winbb dispute decisions are final. winbb is not liable for losses arising from technical failures or interruptions to service that are beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to mobile network outages, power failures, or interruptions to third-party payment systems.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
winbb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; account inactivity. Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting winbb customer support via live chat.
Dormant Accounts
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. winbb will attempt to notify the registered mobile number associated with a dormant account before applying dormancy charges. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 or the remaining account balance (whichever is less) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period.
Voluntary Account Closure
To close your account, contact winbb customer support via live chat and request account closure. winbb will process the closure request within two business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method on file, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not affect any self-exclusion or responsible gaming restrictions that have been applied to the account.
8. Responsible Gaming
🛡️ winbb is committed to responsible gaming. All accounts include built-in deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion tools. You must be 21 or older to use winbb. If gambling is causing you financial or personal difficulty, please use these tools or contact our support team immediately.
winbb operates a self-exclusion programme. A player who wishes to exclude themselves from winbb may contact customer support via live chat and request a self-exclusion period of between one week and five years, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended, all promotional communications ceased, and the player will be blocked from accessing winbb services. winbb will honour self-exclusion requests as quickly as operationally possible, typically within 24 hours. 9. Privacy and Data Protection
winbb collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at winbb.club/privacy-policy. By using winbb, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. winbb uses SSL encryption on all pages and implements industry-standard security protocols to protect player data. winbb will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the winbb platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. winbb's total liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winbb does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from technical defects at all times. winbb is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, mobile network disruptions, third-party payment system outages, government-imposed restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. It is the player's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection before placing any wager.
11. Amendments to These Terms
winbb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, winbb will provide notice to registered players via the platform no less than seven days before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of winbb following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using winbb and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through winbb's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. For all account queries, complaints or support requests, players may contact winbb via live chat on the platform or by email at [email protected]. winbb's support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including during BPL season, IPL and major ICC tournament periods when player volumes are highest.
